Review Topic: Adjustment of Status

The interviewer was very thorough and asked the usual date of birth, names of parents questions followed by when we met and the list of terrorist/spy questions. About 20 minutes - he was very nice and ordered the biometrics for the same day (they were scheduled 2 weeks after the AOS interview.) He kept almost all of the proof of relationaship (about 10 items - bank statements, health insurance bills, cards, dental cards, visa card etc.) He said he will mail a letter in 3 to 4 weeks - that's how long he thought the biometrics results might take. It took exactly 8 weeks to get the email of approval.

He checked the system to see if they had received the letter, and lo-and-behold the system said they'd received the notification but no one did anything about it). *whew*

2. Employment letters for both my husband and I

3. He asked me my husband's b'day and him mine.
(I nearly forgot out... read complete review
